Refund And Cancellation Policy

Satpalda (hereinafter referred to as “company”)is a provider of bespoke software and data solutions/ services to its customers. The customers provide Satpalda with their project requirements, based on which the company develops solutions/ services through software intervention, machine learning, operator coding and artificial intelligence. The Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) for all solutions/ services developed by the company are the sole and absolute property of the company. The solutions/ services provided by the company are customised in nature specific to the customers’ project requirements and are not generic in nature. Hence the company will strive to provide the best services to its customers at all times. All sales of solutions/ services provided to customers are final in nature and non refundable. Payment terms are 100% advance unless specified otherwise. If there are any queries/ feedback in the solution/ services rendered by the company, the customer must bring it to the company’s notice within 15 days. The company will make all efforts to resolve/ rectify the customers queries/ feedback.
